Physiotherapy

Whether you compete at the highest level or simply want to move without pain, your body deserves the same precision, structure, and attention to detail used in elite sport. Every session is one-to-one, in-depth, and built around how you move, recover, and perform — so you can return stronger

Elite-level physiotherapy combines accurate diagnosis, targeted hands-on treatment, and structured rehabilitation to restore performance and build long-term resilience. Grounded in elite sport experience, assessment goes beyond the site of pain to analyse how the whole body moves, loads, and functions under demand. Each program is tailored to individual goals — whether returning to competition, training consistently, or simply moving with strength and confidence in everyday life. The focus is not just short-term relief, but sustainable recovery and lasting performance.

What we offer

Woman receiving Physio

Chartered Physiotherapy

Elite-level physiotherapy delivered one-to-one, combining precise assessment, targeted hands-on treatment, and structured rehabilitation. Every plan is built around how you move, load, and perform — restoring function, reducing pain, and building strength that lasts beyond recovery.

Acupuncture in shoulder

Acupuncture

Used alongside physiotherapy to support pain relief, reduce muscle tension, and promote tissue recovery. By stimulating specific points, it helps modulate pain and improve circulation, creating the right conditions for effective movement retraining and progressive strengthening. Applied as part of a structured rehabilitation plan, it supports recovery while keeping performance and long-term resilience the priority.

Winback treatment on lower back

Winback Tecartherapy

Uses targeted radiofrequency energy to stimulate deep tissues, increase local circulation, and support cellular repair. By enhancing blood flow and promoting metabolic activity within muscles, tendons, and joints, it helps reduce pain, improve mobility, and accelerate recovery. Integrated alongside hands-on treatment and progressive rehabilitation, Tecartherapy prepares tissues to tolerate load more effectively — supporting a faster, stronger return to training and everyday performance.

Physiotherapy can help with a number of issues

  • Sports injuries occur when muscles, joints, ligaments, tendons, or bones are overloaded beyond their capacity — whether through sudden impact or repeated strain over time. Common examples include ligament sprains, muscle strains, tendon pain, and fractures.

Effective rehabilitation goes beyond rest alone. A thorough assessment identifies not just the injury, but the movement patterns and loading demands that contributed to it. Treatment combines hands-on therapy and sport-specific rehabilitation to restore confidence, rebuild resilience, and support a safe return to performance.

The goal is not simply to get you back — but to bring you back stronger.

  • Post-operative rehabilitation is a structured, progressive process designed to restore movement, rebuild strength, and return the body to full function after surgery. Whether following ligament reconstruction, joint surgery, or fracture fixation, rehabilitation plays a critical role in achieving the best possible outcome.

Rehabilitation programs are tailored to the specific procedure, tissue healing timelines, and the physical demands of your sport or daily life, and each phase is progressed based on achieving objective outcomes, rather than time.

The focus is not only on healing — but on restoring confidence, rebuilding resilience, and returning to performance safely and fully prepared for the demands ahead.

  • Back and neck pain can limit training, work, and everyday life. It can result from overload, poor movement patterns, muscular tension, or underlying conditions such as disc irritation or joint degeneration. Symptoms range from stiffness and aching to sharp, movement-limiting pain.

Assessment looks beyond the site of discomfort to understand how the spine and surrounding muscles move, bear load, and adapt under stress. Treatment combines hands-on therapy, targeted strengthening, mobility work, and movement retraining to reduce pain, restore function, and rebuild resilience.

The goal is not just temporary relief — it’s restoring confidence, improving posture and movement quality, and ensuring the spine can perform under the demands of sport, training, and daily life.

  • Joint pain and arthritis can cause stiffness, swelling, pain, limiting movement, activity, and performance. Conditions such as osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis lead to inflammation and gradual joint degeneration, while pain can also result from injury, overuse, or underlying health factors.

Assessment identifies the root cause and how the joint functions under load, guiding a tailored approach to restore mobility, strength, and confidence in movement. Treatment combines hands-on therapy, Winback Tecartherapy, targeted exercises, and movement strategies designed to reduce pain, improve function, and support long-term joint health. Staying active and maintaining strength helps protect joints and maintain performance in daily life and sport.
