Your initial 1:1 Reformer Pilates session begins with a comprehensive movement assessment. We’ll introduce the core principles of Pilates while assessing your movement patterns, strength, control, and any areas of imbalance using a range of equipment, including the mat, reformer and chair.

Together, we will establish clear, individual goals, with each subsequent session tailored to your progression — ensuring a precise, structured, and fully bespoke program.
